Our Return and Refund policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund:
Items must be unused and undamaged.
Items must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
Items must also be in the original packaging as received, without the peel notch ripped off or tags removed from the item.
To proceed further in completing your return, we first require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order Confirmation email/SMS).
If you wish to return your items to Ah-Choo, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours.
As soon as we have approved and processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email of your refund, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take 3-5 working days for the refund payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to deliver and pay for all the shipping costs associated with returning the product for refund, and cover all risks during delivery of the returned goods. Please note that we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All shipping costs of the returned goods are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Ah-Choo are under no obligation to exchange goods that are no longer required by the customer or that have been ordered in error. No request for an exchange will be accepted by Ah-Choo in such circumstances. If you are eligible for an exchange, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
In the event that we have limited stock to fulfil your order, we may contact you directly to let you know the situation and either (a) we provide you with a full refund if required or (b) if you are happy to wait, we will send it to you as soon as we stock up on your item. Apologies for any inconveniences that may arise.
